Some of my more serious students that compete at a high level attend classes five or six times per week, put in a 125% effort, and at least one or two of those days or evenings they attend multiple classes.

Martial arts is like anything else in that you only get out of it what you put into it, but if your schedule is such that you can only work out two or three times a week then something is better than not coming.

For two students: $80 / person / month UNLIMITED CLASSES 6 days a week

For three students: $70 / person / month UNLIMITED CLASSES 6 days a week

Do you have programs for children & teenagers?

Yes! Our children's programs are an excellent extra-curricular activity for your child. We focus on quality instruction and personal attention to all of our students. Our program teaches positive values, responsibility, and leadership skills, which help the children to feel more confident, have a better attitude, and achieve higher grades in school!

Do you have programs for young children?

Yes! Our Little Tigers Program is specifically designed for the needs of your 4, 5, or 6 year old. Our awesome children’s programs not only works with your child’s coordination, muscle memory, and fine motor skills, but also focuses on the less obvious but perhaps more important factors such as Self-esteem, Self-discipline, Respect and Life skills. None of this would be possible if your child wasn’t having fun in class.
That’s why our instructors use positive reinforcement. This unique teaching system focuses more on the ability of your child instead of the things that they’re not doing well. In turn, that makes for a fun and exciting learning environment.

Do you have programs for adults?

Yes! Our adult programs are geared towards developing and maintaining a sound body and mind. After the age of 25 our minds need stimulation, Taekwondo is a GREAT way to keep a sound mind. Some of the techniques we employ include isometric and tension exercises, gradual stretching, concentration exercises, & practice drills. Students will notice a substantial increase in energy, fitness, self-discipline, and confidence, as well as learn essential self-defense techniques and find a great stress-reliever.

Is previous martial arts experience necessary?

No! If this is your first encounter with martial arts, you have nothing to worry about. The curriculum builds upon itself, and is designed for newcomers to the sport. Our friendly instructors will help and teach you everything you need to know. If you do happen to have previous experience, then you will be able to jump right in and train with students at your same skill level. If you are a TRANSFER student we will not make you start over just come in and we will discuss where you will be at your best.

I've heard that martial arts teaches kids that fighting is the answer. Is this true?

Absolutely not true!! Martial arts teaches the exact opposite. Taekwondo is founded upon and instills mutual respect, self-discipline, self-control, obedience, and responsibility. The Student Philosophies and Oath clearly summarize the values embraced and taught by Taekwondo.
